   Specialize in product strategy and new investment product development efforts involving Allspring’s systematic and multi asset capabilities, for the intermediary and institutional marketplace. Have vehicle expertise across U.S. mutual funds, retail SMAs, 3c funds, UCITS, and collective investment trusts. Lead cross-functional teams charged with articulating the product features, business requirements and risks, developing the business case, and achieving associated approvals. Note: Allspring Global Investments was formerly known as Wells Fargo Asset Management • Led the development of Allspring’s direct indexing retail managed account roadmap • Led the project teams that developed/launched a wide array of Allspring funds and strategies, including the Allspring Conservative Income Fund (launched in June 2013), the Allspring Dynamic Target Date Funds (launched in December 2015), multiple factor-based index strategies (launched in May 2017), the Allspring Alternative Risk Premia Fund (launched in January 2019), and the Allspring Risk Allocator Growth Private Fund (Jan 2021) • Worked across the WFAM organization and with external investment management partners to evaluate the Wells Fargo Dow Jones Target Date Mutual Funds, and to identify and achieve approval for a series of enhancements designed to improve investor outcomes (20••••17) • Coordinated additional enhancement efforts to existing mutual funds, including revamping the investment strategy of the Wells Fargo Diversified Income Builder Fund (implemented in January 2018)
