ABOUT DANIEL SCHWARTZ

I’m a litigator with experience representing clients of all sizes, including international financial institutions, major national companies, and individuals in complex civil and commercial matters in federal and state courts and in arbitration. I use judgment and strategic thinking to advise my clients when to be aggressive and when to take a more conciliatory approach. I make a point of understanding my client’s business and goals well enough to avoid unnecessary litigation and expense. And I know how to survey the law and then use discovery to build a record to prevail at trial.
