Currently growing with the iconic Detroit brand - Buddy’s Restaurants and Pizzerias. The home of the Original Detroit Style Pizza for over 74 years is growing throughout Michigan and the upper Midwest. With 4 restaurant openings this year and even more in 2020, one is soon to be nearby! My background includes serving as Director of Operations as well as a Regional Partner with some of the largest and most trusted brands in the country. Prior to Buddy’s I worked as Director of Operations with TSFR Apple Venture representing the Applebee’s brand in Michigan where my responsibilities included program integration, sales and profitability performance, staffing and succession planning, facilities management as well as role modeling and developing company culture with the team. Previously, I worked with Ruby Tuesday over a 5-state area leading the team in many of the same responsibilities stated above in addition to training and developing new area directors to the team in the areas of communication, company culture, time management and organization. These skills lead to me humbly accepting Regional Partner of the year in 2012. I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as being literate in most POS, reporting and hiring platforms active in today’s business environments.
