Develop relationships with experts in the Navy and MyNavy HR research communities Work closely with strategic communications staff on strategies for communicating relevant work and CDO efforts to key stakeholders Advise colleagues on data collection and evaluation elements of programmatic initiatives Provide reports to stakeholders and leadership Ensure projects adhere to agreed-upon project management protocols and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project Ensure project deadlines are met Develop strong relationships with external and internal data providers, and other external stakeholders, to effectively execute projects and support their data needs Provide support to other MyNavy HR data-related initiatives as needed
