Self-motivated, proactive and dynamic MBA graduate from the University of St. Gallen, part-time class of 2023, with more than 8 years of experience in operations and project management in the automotive industry. Having a curious and inquisitive nature, being quick to learn new skills and challenging status quo. My passion, enthusiasm and positive mindset encourage those around me to adopt a positive attitude and to see problems as treasures.Currently, I am working as a production planning engineer (assembly) devising key competencies in:Project Management:I communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with internal teams and external suppliers. In an ambiguous industrial environment, I am able to manage multiple project simultaneously and work independently.New Product Introduction / Launch Management:With my technical expertise in process engineering, operations technology and smart factory, I am responsible for new product ramp-ups and defining processes for series production.Management of Performance Improvement Programs:I drive cost reduction opportunities by leading cross-functional teams including external suppliers, engineering, logistic, controlling and procurement in planning and executing performance improvement programs. To ensure project delivery, I demonstrate the ability to collaborate with leadership, key stakeholders and project teams in a matrix organization. In optimization initiatives, I show my problem solving skills, strategic/entrepreneurial mindset and analytical thinking by analyzing complex information, identifying strategic opportunities and proposing actionable results.Acquiring further key competencies during my studies (MBA and Bachelor) in:Digital Transformation and Innovation:I drive digital transformation in the operations environment. Experience in supporting the business in the transition to cloud / IIoT platforms, assessing the value on single applications on digital platforms, as well as in experimenting and designing digital continuity in the planning process.International Experience: I gained international work experience in the USA during my Bachelor studies (Co-op program = integrating academic studies with workplace training) at ZF Gainesville, LLC. During my MBA, I made an exchange at Imperial College Business School in London for my electives.
