ABOUT DANIEL SANTORO
I spent more than 20 years in the Energy industry.I worked in project-organized structures, holding all the key positions inside a project team. I interacted with Customers, Internal Centralized departments, top management. Those positions included in particular : Project Director, Project Manager, Contract & Subcontract Manager, Project Control Manager.I also led centralized teams, mostly for Procurement activities (namely : Subcontracting, Chartering, Logistics, Inspection, Expediting, Procurement managers). As such, I was holding high level Powers of Attorney, and subject to various internal and external regular audits and controls. I also led personally key negotiations, that had a significant impact at group level. As such, I also had the opportunity to change, upgrade, improve and digitalize key processes.This set of experiences allowed me to forge a management style that includes : being lean, effective, pro-active, and participative. Conscious that this style of management demands responsibility and commitment, I bring support and remain open to other\'s personal growth.The Energy market is currently boiling, fracturing and changing very fast, and this requires agility and adaptation. For the Energy industries, it is a moment of truth. But as challenging as it may be, it is also a moment of opportunities.
