I\'m a business-focused leader with over 20 years of experience in life sciences, specializing in operations, validation, compliance, and business development. I’ve built and led high-performing teams, developed scalable systems, and consistently driven growth through practical strategy and execution.At Castle Hill Technologies, I helped lead the company through a period of strategic growth and operational maturity, contributing directly to its successful acquisition. Working closely with ownership and the leadership team, I standardized internal processes to improve efficiency, increased proposals and billable hours, reduced client NET terms to improve cash flow, and implemented a recruiting strategy that significantly grew our FTE headcount.Prior to Castle Hill, I spent over 17 years serving in roles from Sr. Validation Consultant to VP of Business Development. I led efforts in client acquisition, project delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
