Responsibilities- Actively and proactively recruit qualified candidates using sourcing tools and techniques such as: Social Networking, Boolean searches, referrals - Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate position criteria, determine candidate requirements and sourcing options - Work directly with managers to understand business goals and determine next steps and integrate recruiting best practices / processes to further company goals - Building, cultivating, and sustaining networks of qualified, passive candidates and creating mechanisms to effectively manage a candidate pool - Providing regular reporting to management on recruiting initiatives - Always looking to connect with Software, Security, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, Technical Managers (Product, Software, Project, Program)
