Simultaneously manage multiple commercial kitchen builds from the design phase through the sale and procurement of equipment- Oversee and coordinate equipment installation according to approved layout- Build strong relationships with the appropriate stakeholders including the client, architect, equipment manufacturers and general contractor to ensure a successful project- Travel to designated job sites throughout the Midwest- Reconcile incoming equipment designated to a specific project, and make sure that it\'s functional before it\'s delivered to the job site- Prepare sales documents that included the cost and scope of the project- Continually analyze the goals and needs of the project as it progresses- Keep both the client and internal contributors apprised of the project’s status- Solve problems creatively, and in a timely fashion, within a rapidly changing environment- Follow up with clients to confirm expectations had been met and no issues had arisen- Re-evaluate and learned the best practices and workflows to guarantee professional growth
