I have a family member that shares your profession, so I understand. With confidence gained and experience to share, I’m looking for new opportunities to move beyond what has become comfortable. I have had the unique opportunity to work at multiple sites within the US Department of Energy Complex for two decades. I’m experienced working around and responding to operations, processes, and emergencies that few have seen. Leadership, program management, self-direction, decision making, team building, and communications are all aspects at which I am skilled and confident. I have spent the last 20 years helping people on their worst days. I’ll never lose the desire to help the community, but I would love the opportunity to see individuals on their best days and help people succeed. With over two decades of working in Emergency Services and Operations, I hope my experience and talent will translate well into other industries, including the world of AI Datacenter Operations.    Perform as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and efficient operational activities during assigned 12-hour shifts at Pantex; serve as the primary liaison for all operational matters, driving the assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of nuclear weapons and components; maintain accurate operational logs, records, and reports; responsible for continuously monitoring vital infrastructure, including monitoring weather conditions and plant detection systems; lead and direct emergency response efforts, acting as the Incident Commander or designated support staff when situations demand immediate action; ensure strict adherence to nuclear safety requirements, environmental regulations, security protocols, and operational procedures, upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance; track and inventory material, components, and shipments via classified and unclassified software; liaise with engineering, safety, security, quality assurance, and program management personnel to coordinate all assigned shift activities, including production, maintenance, and support functions, to meet scheduled objectives.
