Draft and negotiate transaction documentation.• Negotiate real estate transactions, including transactions with the Dolby family.• Lead Dolby’s annual governance shareholder engagement and program/coordinate annual shareholder meeting.• Monitor best practices, legal and regulatory developments and assess impact on Dolby. • Manage departmental budget.
