Manage all Human Resource aspects and HR Personnel for Lynchburg Facilities and ~400 employees throughout remote locations in US and Canada. Additional focus on being a strategic business partner involved in Operating Plans and goals of the business segments. Partner with Executives, Senior Leadership, and their staff to understand options, risk mitigation and achieve desirable outcomes. A HRBP that partners to remove barriers, offer choices, and assist in strengthening their organizations – HR as a part of the solution and not the barrier.
