ABOUT DANIEL ROBERTS

With extensive experience in testing, quality assurance, and business process improvement, I currently serve as a Delivery Lead at Open GI. In this role, I work to streamline operations, enhance processes, and ensure quality outcomes by leveraging my expertise in testing and business process optimization. At Open GI I lead a team of 13 in building new schemes and maintaining rates, utilizing Open GI Policy Administration software, resulting in growth in panel offerings to our broker customer base. I project manage requirements gathering, development, quality assurance, and support using Atlassian and Azure DevOps. I have been instrumental in the migration of schemes and on-boarding of brokers to a new SAAS quoting system, enhancing system integration and user experience.Previously, I have led teams and projects in diverse industries, consistently promoting efficiency, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. My career reflects a dedication to creating value through strategic leadership, process innovation, and fostering strong professional relationships.Career highlights include receiving a personal commendation from COOs and managing the development of an application that reached the UK IT Industry Awards Final.I am especially proud of helping develop the careers of the people I have been fortunate to manage.
