Technical Lead on numerous digital, data and technology transformation projects, including implementing a new Finance System, new Website, new Learning Management System and working with various new fundraising platforms. Providing guidance and oversight on the implementation process, and making key technology decisions, while architecting by creating high-level and low-level designs, documenting and building solutions to manage master data, seamlessly integrating with third party data sources using APIs to collect, clean and manipulate data before loading it into our CRM, email marketing tool or sending to 3rd parties• Administrating SLUK’s databases, reviewing and setting out the organisation’s data governance, environment management and DevOps approaches while putting in solutions to reduce data storage related overhead and always considering both the short and long-term cost and technical expertise required for maintenance• Redesigning Dynamics 365 fundraising CRM to support the new fundraising strategy in collaboration with a third party. Architecting and developing automation through Power Automate and Business flows while building enhanced user experience through experimental and incremental testing. All while shaping features to fit the overarching organisational data architecture and laying foundations for further data maturity• Building pipelines to manage master data, seamlessly integrating with third party data sources using APIs to collect, clean and manipulate data before loading it into our CRM or sending to 3rd parties. Reducing processing time and overhead while enhancing data quality and standardisation• Compiling comprehensive, interactive reports and visualisations allowing fundraisers to measure the impact of their various marketing campaigns for the first time and promoting a data driven culture throughout the organisation
