Alongside a career in organisational advisory, I have operated as an elite decision-maker in the Premier League - one of the most scrutinised, high-consequence governance environments in the world. That experience - making high-stakes judgements under time pressure, managing cognitive bias in real time, and operating within complex multi-stakeholder accountability structures - directly shaped the GSI™ framework.Governance is not a compliance function.
