He is one of only 76 Qualified Commercial Green Deal Assessors in the UK.An accomplished Business Manager, having working with The Building Research Establishment (BRE) and Trading Standard Services. He is on the Energy & Carbon Steering Group Committee and represents the industry at many events, seminars and political meetings.With over 10 years’ experience as an Energy Assessor; he has supported the following organisations to improve their Energy Performance Certificate ratings; West Yorkshire Combined Authority, Yorkshire Water, Royal Armouries, Leeds City Council, Bradford Council, Wakefield Council, University of Leeds, Newcastle University, Engie, CBRE, BNP Paribas and many others. He has developed an uplifting methodology to improve the EPC rating by getting the best from the current property assets.
