ABOUT DANIEL REGAN

As a Contracts Manager at JCA engineering, I oversee the delivery of mechanical, electrical services, and construction for various construction projects across the UK. I have been working in the industry for close to two decades. I started my career as aprentice plumber, where I gained hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and heating systems. I then moved up to heating engineer, Site Manager, Project Manager and now Contracts Manager, where I manage a team of Managers, engineers and subcontractors, and ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of all M&E works, as well as commercial control of the projects. I have developed strong skills in leadership, team management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving, and I have delivered multiple successful projects for clients in various sectors, such as residential, commercial and data centres. I am passionate about providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners. I am committed to continuous learning and improvement, as I always seek opportunities to expand my knowledge and expertise.
