I’m a builder at heart—of teams, systems, and scalable businesses. As a leader at Lighthouse Electric Company, Inc, I’ve focused my career on transforming how electrical construction is delivered—moving beyond traditional contracting into a model driven by preconstruction, prefabrication, and operational excellence. My work sits at the intersection of field execution, manufacturing, and leadership development, helping organizations scale from hundreds of millions to the next level. I believe great companies aren’t built on effort alone—they’re built on clarity, accountability, and aligned incentives. That philosophy has shaped how I approach everything from building high-performing teams to designing systems that allow people to win. My background through IBEW Local 5 gives me a deep respect for the craft, while my current role pushes me to think like an operator and strategist—bridging field reality with executive decision-making.
