ERP- Illinois Acts Human Resources functional Expert. Serves as the Personnel Administration Expert for the lifecycle of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Human Capital Management (HCM) Human Resources (HR) Program, starting with design, implementation and transitioning to the operational steady state organization: Plans, develops and implements multi-jurisdictional human resources policies and procedures for the Personnel Administration area of the ERP HCM HR Program, both during and post implementation including hiring, on-boarding, and compensation management. Acts authoritatively on Personnel Administration issues related to incorporating program initiatives that bind state agencies and other constitutional officers using the ERP software to specific courses of action. Directs, coordinates and leads vendor staff and subject matter experts from state agencies and other constitutional offices while providing customer service. Serves as the Personnel Administration expert authority Travels throughout the state to confer with appropriate managerial and administrative staff and to ensure the maintenance and development of a coordinated program implementation. Acts authoritatively on policy making issues impacting statewide operations as they relate to Personnel Administration functional aspects of the ERP HCM HR Program. Writes position descriptions. Works in concert with ERP HCM Program leadership to coordinate and control the implementation of Personnel Administration within the ERP HCM Program: Actively participates with the ERP HCM Program team in policy staff meetings involving the formulation, development and implementation of procedures, and the development of new or modification of existing legislation to further refine or enhance statewide business processes. Assumes expert role regarding Personnel Administration in permanent organizational structure that oversees the ERP HCM HR Program.
