Offer analysis, advice, and expertise in global regulatory affairs in support of immediate and strategic business plans for product commercialization • Obtain and manage federal registrations with US EPA (FIFRA) and Canada Health Canada (PMRA) for new and existing products • Manage compliance for US and Canada in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations (TSCA, DSL, FDA, OTC, CPSC, FTC, for new product development and raw material ingredients, product labels, SDS authoring and ingredient disclosures, and facilitated required governmental reporting. • Maintain awareness of shifting regulatory issues and challenges for consumer products. Communicate issues to management and business partners, while providing guidance for implement plans to avoid business disruption. • Support junior staff development through training, coaching, mentoring, and annual feedback • Provide support for S.C. Johnson’s participation in retail/wholesale product stewardship programs, including WERCs portal activity • Co-chair on Household & Consumer Products Association (HCPA)- Supplier Information Reporting Work Group (SIR)
