Mr. Parsons is the Florida Senior Division Manager for Infrastructure Solutions with AtkinsRéalis. He has 20 years of experience in delivering infrastructure improvement projects throughout Florida. He brings expertise in water resource engineering & Geographic Information System (GIS) related projects; specifically watershed management plans. Mr. Parsons has worked on numerous projects throughout the state including projects for Cities of Clearwater, Tampa, St. Pete, Plant City as well as Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Collier, Sarasota, Lee Counties and Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) as well as several others.Mr. Parsons specializes in completing watershed management plans and applying state-of-the-art hydrologic and hydraulic models to analyze watersheds throughout Florida. Mr. Parsons has expertise in solving complex water resources problems for governmental clients, and in developing proposed solutions from initial concepts to final design plans, construction specifications, and regulatory approvals.
