Following the evolution of the previous UK Payment Schemes (Faster Payments, Bacs and ICS) under the newly formed Pay.UK, my new role is Senior On-boarding Manager.Having successfully suppoorted the launch and progression of the FPS Access Programme in to its BAU state, I\'m currently managing a team of 5 On-boarding Managers with our focus in continuing the on-boarding of prospective participants to the UK Payment Schemes as part of Pay.UK.In addition to my day to day activities, I am also working with a number of external stakeholders (Bank of England, FCA and the Payments Systems Regulator) in ensuring we continue the great work as seen previously is supporting a competitive market place for PSP\'s wanting access to the UK payments market. This will hopefully evolve into the supporting said PSP\'s as Pay.UK continues its work on the New Payments Architecture (\'NPA\') which again should see a huge change in the UK payments industry.
