Dr. Daniel M. Palacios is a Colombian marine biologist and oceanographer recognized for his research into the influence of environmental conditions on marine mammal distribution and behavior world-wide. Currently, he is a Senior Scientist and the Director of the Right Whale Ecology Program at the Center for Coastal Studies in Provincetown, Massachusetts.
