ABOUT DANIEL OZER-ROSS

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, where my family instilled in me the values of work ethic, curiosity, and the importance of being a sponge to absorb as much information as possible.During my time studying sports business at Lynn University, I gained valuable experience by helping at professional sporting events across Florida and training athletes for the Special Olympics. These roles showcased my patience, competitiveness, curiosity, and strong work ethic.After graduation, I ventured into the tech sales industry, starting with a challenging role selling solar door-to-door on a 100% commission basis. This experience honed my resilience and taught me invaluable lessons in perseverance and sales techniques.Moving to NYC, I joined a startup to sell SMS marketing solutions. In this role, I was responsible for everything from strategy to execution without a formal manager or mentor, driving me to self-teach and adapt quickly. I developed and led successful marketing campaigns and internal systems that significantly boosted sales appointments and revenue.Currently, I manage a boutique fitness studio in NYC, where I oversee operations and drive membership sales. My ability to learn and adapt has been crucial in this role, enabling me to implement effective strategies that improved our closing rates and customer retention.I’m ecstatic about leveraging these diverse experiences and skills in a high-pressure tech sales environment as an SDR. I am eager to contribute to a dynamic team, continue learning, and drive success through hard work and curiosity.
