I am an experienced business operations leader, always seeking opportunities to grow and develop. In my current role as Country Director, I am responsible for strategic leadership and oversight of Wi-flix operations in Nigeria, including program direction, country strategy development, program quality, human resource management, talent development, resource acquisition, and administrative operations. I am the founder of Michniels Consulting, and together with two friends, we facilitated FREE online business training and coaching to emerging and top experts in a variety of industries during the COVID-19 lockdown.
