Elwood Professional has a network of regional offices with national placement capabilities.RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform daily recruiting activities searches; recruiting, matching candidates to requirements, reviewing resumes, phone screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews and reference checksRecruited for a National IT and Engineering companies.Maintain data as required in our database to ensure active pipeline control. Maintain database records utilizing VMS for all active and inactive candidates, ensuring an accurate pipeline of qualified technical professionalsProspect and identify the top tier of talent via creative lead generation methods Provide leads to sales and/or management staff based on information received from candidates and participate with Account Executives in qualifying requirements and client meetings.Responsible for recruiting, identifying, negotiating, interviewing candidates for open positions company-wide Sourced candidates via internal database, referrals, Internet (ie. Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed and Social Media, etc.) and industry contacts to ensure a quick turnaround on all open positions Responsible for developing relationships with external partners for contracting and other staffing needs I manage the full life cycle recruitment process, from gaining HR approval and posting job descriptions, to on-boarding and orientation. Act as subject matter experts to hiring managers when making hiring and headcount decisions
