I am a passionate, child-focused, and resilient strategic leader. My key skills lie in therapeutic knowledge, building relationships, and developing services; leading from the front to ensure the delivery of high-quality therapeutic care to young people with complex needs.I have experience in service development and expansion, including opening children\'s homes from purchase to registration and achieving \"Outstanding\" Ofsted ratings. My previous work spans leadership as part of the Local Authority children’s services leadership team, safeguarding, and strategic oversight, including risk mitigation, staff development, and service improvement planning. I have led key initiatives such as local authority residential expansion projects and represented the local authority in projects at a regional level.As a dedicated Director of Operations, I lead with compassion, clarity, and a commitment to excellence in care. With a strong background in managing children\'s homes and residential staffing teams, I ensure that every child receives the highest possible standard of support—physically, emotionally, and developmentally.I am passionate about creating environments where children feel safe, heard, and empowered. Whether it\'s leading system-wide change to ensure residential care stays child-focused or collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve placement stability and care pathways, I strive to make a meaningful impact every day.
