   As a NPI Program Manager, I\'m leading a team of 30+ people that consist of people from GPS, TPS, Pilot, AMO Manufacturing, Material Procurement, AGS CEs, Chamber Matching Team, and Design Engineers to manage multiple complex and multi-disciplinary projects. Most of my plan requirements with internal customers and follow the product through the entire PLC (Product Life Cycle). This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:• Planned, Designed, Developing, Smart-Start Automation. Includes Tier 1, Tier 2 Automation, and workbook Automation. Worked with vendors, design engineers, SW developer, to achieved design goals. Planned release Q1 2018• Plan and execute development (NPI) builds and ensure these product transition to production within cost, quality and capacity parameters. • Lead cross-functional teams within AMAT and with external partners to prepare for production ramp and/or product transitions. • Drive ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners (i.e. material availability, capacity readiness, transition plans). • Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain for specific strategic reasons, while accounting for risks, changes in schedule or demand. • Provide support for products in a sustaining environment.• Proactively providing feedback on opportunities for continuous improvement, based on having a solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing process. • Primary interface between engineering design team, NPI Ops team, manufacturing partner(s), and WW materials, to ensure material readiness for all development builds.• Develop pilot / Volume OMS procedures• QA checklist for system shipment• Manage system SW test• Develop system test procedure and collect finger print for chamber matching• Provide TPS / GPS resources that will cover marathon• Develop SSPS, Startup, Preventative Maintenance Procedures
