I have been moved to a Dragline Shutdown Project Planner & Project Lead in November 2012. Responsibilities included the site management, planning, scheduling, implementation, monitoring and closeout of Marion and BE dragline for major equipment shutdowns. Major duties include procurement, tendering, budget control, arranging, executing and coordinating of various disciplines, departments and roles. Setting up, monitoring and closing of schedules. Feedback sessions and closeout of the project. Also involves various administrative duties. Currently i am more involved with Project Site Management that includes technical assistance, quality control, safety management and contractor management.Looking forward it is time to move to a higher level of management and I am confident to make myself available for the responsibility, God willing.
