ABOUT DANIEL NEALE

I’m a well-rounded data center leader with over 9 years of experience managing critical, large-scale infrastructure. This includes mechanical, electrical, controls, and fire safety systems, where reliability and uptime are non-negotiable. I’ve led daily operations, overseen major infrastructure upgrades, and delivered on high-impact data center expansion projects, always with a focus on operational excellence and resilience.In previous roles, I managed IT cloud infrastructure across six regions in the EU and APAC. This included responsibility for compute, storage, GPUs (HPC), and networking hardware, supporting both steady-state operations and rapid global growth.I bring strong vendor management capabilities and work effectively across functions including Finance, Capacity Planning, Network Operations, and Engineering. I lead and mentor teams of facility engineers, IT engineers, technical program managers, and people managers, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and alignment with business objectives.
