Crescenz VA Medical Center, I manage and oversee resources, acquisitions, budget, and coordination of all aspects of project activations for facilities management service projects within the VISN4 greater Philadelphia metropolitan area. I have a doctorate in business administration and multiple certifications in project and human resources management, including PMP, SPHR, PSM1, and GPM-b.With over 18 years of military and federal experience, I have developed a strong expertise in leading and supporting complex and high-impact projects across multiple domains, within the public, private sectors, and as a small business owner, including health care facilities management services, public affairs, diplomacy, DoD, Federal, business administration, human resources, financial, and customer relations, as well as contractor and end user management.
