As a senior leader in public procurement, I bring over 13 years of experience in program and supply chain management, government contracting, logistics, and financial accountability — with a proven record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and equitable access across organizations.In my current role as Contracting Officer for the City of Richmond, I lead a team of Procurement Analysts, manage our citywide electronic solicitation system (OpenGov), and oversee internal and external procurement training programs. I collaborate frequently with executive leadership to modernize procurement practices, improve vendor outreach and engagement, and implement strategic initiatives that support the city’s economic and equity goals.I’m passionate about building systems that work — for staff, stakeholders, and the community.
