I share responsibility for all my firm\'s Dispute Resolution work (excluding Family and Landlord & Tenant). I resolve most types of civil disputes but specialise in Inheritance Disputes (including contested Wills, financial provision claims, enforcing lifetime promises, disputing lifetime gifts, and administration actions), and Property Disputes (including beneficial ownership, boundaries, rights of way and easements, and adverse possession).I also advise employees when their employer asks them to sign a Settlement Agreement terminating their employment. I regularly bring and defend claims in the County and High Court (and Appeal Courts where appropriate), but use Alternative Dispute Resolution (‘ADR’) whenever possible to resolve disputes quickly, and avoid the significant costs and delay of court proceedings.

I am a Senior Dispute Resolution Solicitor with extensive experience of successfully resolving medium to high value disputes in and out of the County, High, and Appeal courts. I resolve a variety of disputes, but particularly property and inheritance disputes, as well as advising employees on their Settlement Agreement when their employment ends.My priority is always to resolve my client\'s dispute as quickly and effectively as possible, often using Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) such as Mediation, to avoid the costs, risks, and delay of court proceedings, and enable my client to move on with their life. I also enjoy marketing and networking to generate new business for my firm.
