ABOUT DANIEL MORRISH
I have been with Morgan Sindall since February and I have gained considerable experience working on both New build and Refurb contracts using design and build and traditional contracts in a wide range of sectors including Education, Healthcare, leisure, private sector dwellings and defence. I currently hold the position of Senior Project Manager with Morgan Sindall.Recently successfully completed projects include John Ray Infants and Junior school in Braintree which happens to be my sons school.More Recent projects include the £15m Glenwood SEN school in Benfleet completed and handed over to the delighted clients in August 2017. Glenwood school is also the winner of east of England RICS award in the community benefit category Winner of the East Anglia LABC award for Best inclusive building as well as being a finalist in the Construction News awards in the project of the year (£15m - £30m).In September 2019 we handed over the £19m Lexden Springs SEND school and boarding accommodation project in Colchester. This project has been Shortlisted for the RICS Social Impact Awards 2020, East as well as the Construction News Project of the year (under £20m) this project has led me to be A finalist of the Construction Manager of the year Awards and the status of MCIOB.
