Core Responsibilities: • Direct end-to-end recruitment strategies for full-time, part-time, and seasonal staff across regions, aligning hiring with organizational priorities and equity-centered practices. • Serve on Teach For America’s central office People Team, shaping and advancing a unified, mission-driven approach to talent acquisition. • Build and sustain diverse, regional talent pipelines, proactively cultivating relationships with high-potential candidates and connecting them to opportunities nationwide. • Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to define success profiles, streamline hiring processes, and ensure alignment on candidate evaluation across regions. • Leverage data, technology, and market intelligence to modernize sourcing, assessment, and selection, staying ahead of recruitment trends. • Act as a brand and culture ambassador, authentically communicating Teach For America’s mission, values, and employee experience to candidates and stakeholders. • Drive workforce planning solutions that anticipate organizational needs, balancing immediate hiring demands with long-term talent strategy. • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and trust throughout the recruitment journey. • Contribute to cross-functional People Team initiatives, including onboarding redesign and internal mobility programs, to strengthen organizational infrastructure.
