ABOUT DANIEL MEYERS
I am the President of the Consulting & Information Governance division of TransPerfect Legal, and a founding member of TransPerfect\'s Antitrust Practice Group. I advise corporate and law firm clients on eDiscovery best practices and motion practice, the use and ethics if of Generative AI, litigation readiness plans, defensible data disposition programs, and data privacy concerns, with a particular emphasis on cross-border data transfers. My corporate clients range from financial institutions and multinational corporations to start-ups and small-to-medium businesses. My law firm clients include AmLaw 100 firms and boutiques alike. I have been certified as an E-Discovery Specialist (ACEDS) and an Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/Europe/Canada/US).Prior to joining TransPerfect, I was a Partner at Bracewell Law, and the Founder and Chair of the firm’s E-Discovery & Information Governance practice group.
