With people serving clients in more than 120 countries, Accenture drives innovation and provide transformational solutions. My role at Accenture focuses on graduate and apprentice recruitment. I\'m responsible for end to end recruitment of entry level candidates into Accenture\'s Newcastle, Edinburgh and Manchester offices, from pre-application through to onboarding. This includes Technology Apprenticeships, Software Engineering Graduates, Client Delivery Graduates, and Consulting Graduates, among others. My role also involves developing strong relationships with target universities in the North East of England and Scotalnd, including careers services and societies, and arranging and overseeing both campus and Accenture-based events such as skills sessions, workshops, open evenings and talks. I\'m also responsible for tracking and analysing campus events’ return on investment, ensuring the smooth running of assessment centres, managing relationships with Accenture staff and other stakeholders, delivering interviewer training sessions, managing third party suppliers, and line management of two recruitment analysts.
