Daniel is a partner in Slaughter and May\'s infrastructure, energy and natural resources practice. He has developed a broad practice advising clients on the structuring of complex domestic and international projects, and also has extensive experience assisting clients in navigating and resolving project development disputes. In conjunction with this, Daniel regularly advises clients on complex commercial contracts, including government support arrangements on which developers increasingly rely.Having qualified as an electrical engineer (with a specialisation in power and system control), Daniel has a particular interest in energy infrastructure and projects, and in all matters pertaining to the energy transition, providing additional technical and commercial insights to his legal expertise.
