Working as Regional Project Specialist on the DSEL changeover project, my main objective was to provide ensure stores were ready for a large scale change to long standing Morrisons’ ways of working. I assisted in preparing a store for a changeover of an average of labels from paper to digital form, ensuring a proper strategy for unique in store issues and providing a bespoke solution to each store’s issues. Across the 23 store in the Yorkshire Region I was responsible for cascading training material, via communication channels or in person deliveries. Looking after training also extended to development of material to include in the communication packs. One key responsibility was also signing off the standards of each store’s installation, often times in from of key stakeholders such as the Regional Manager. I also looked after the post-installation process, supporting stores with logistics and salvage solutions to large amounts of leftover equipment ensuring it was handled in line with company process
