I am currently working full time as a Speech-language pathologist. In my 16 years of experience in all settings, I’ve discovered that it is very important to know your own worth. By this realization and other experiences I’ve had, I’ve moved my career focus over to helping other SLPs to also discover their true worth. I write contracts for other school-based SLPs and offer so much more. Once you are locked into a school district and have a good connection with the staff, you will likely return year after year. This can be an ideal fit for professionals experiencing burnout with their positions, starting out in the field, or just wanting to do something new.

   Daniel Medina grew up in the Atlanta, GA area and attended Georgia State University for both undergraduate and graduate degrees in speech-language pathology and communication disorders. His experience is extensive in the field, working in subacute rehabilitation, acute care, traumatic brain injury, outpatient pediatrics, and video fluoroscopic swallow studies. In the last five years, he has focused solely on pediatric phonological, articulation, language, augmentative and alternative communication, feeding/swallowing, and voice disorders in children ages 1 month to 18 years; 11 months. Knowledge and application of skills are critical in effecting change in clients as well as making connections and building relationships.
