About Daniel McNamara
I just started my career as an Application Developer at Allstate where I developed on the.Net platform using the waterfall methodology. I then took the opportunity to join CompoZed Lab within Allstate. I had the chance to work directly with Pivotal Labs to learn XP through a couple different engagements. I then took the opportunity to work directly under Doug Safford and assist in leading the XP transformation at CVS Health. I\'ve worked in a span of different development methodologies and different technologies stacks. I have experience with agile transformations, and building reusable components.
