Senior Design Manager with professional experience since 2007. ARB & MCIOB since 2016. The current project at Ardmore is delivering 4 RC buildings consisting of 371 residential units, ground floor commercial, landscaping and roof garden. The unique selling point is the fast delivery under the old regulations to the new standards, this is one of the first projects to navigate the new safety requirments including the inclusion of a second stair to 3 of the buildings. The previous project at Ardmore was 30 Super Prime Specification apartments, an office block, three-story basement with residential facilities and landscaped podium in the heart of Mayfair, London.
