ABOUT DANIEL MCCLENNAN
Resource Capacity Forecasting and Planning lead for BAE Systems Enterprise IT Services as part of our organisations Shared Services. My role is to translate Project and Service Demand into short, medium and long term resource capacity forecasts for use by senor stakeholders within EIT as well as to provide critical ERM RP data to Head Office. I capture a range of data related to Projects and Services delivered by EIT and relate these to resource capacity in a high complex and dynamic environment. I use this data as the foundation for various forecasting models that I have built via applications such as PowerBI, PowerQuery and Excel using Dax, M Code and VBA to automate the calculations and handle the many variables.
