Since 1984 in the sealing industry for many global extrusion companies, from USA, Canada,China,Japan,Germany, Spain, England,France and Tunisia Specialized in ALL automotive sealing, EPDM and TPE, PVC etc. Painted roof moldings, variable extrusion profiles: Polished Stainless steel profiles : waist belts,quarterlights, liftgates, hood trims.body and door seals Advanced rollforming for complexe shapes, Splice Molding compression molding. From 2010, supported & started 2 extrusion plants in China and Extrusion Development Manager in Monaco, France and Tunisia Implemented new design and process capabilities, considerable productivity gains, training of employees, Optmised layouts, Improve coating systems to obtain the customer requirements. Successfully started up new extrusion lines with and improved layout. World class proprietary EPDM extrusion head design with the capability of 1 to 4 materials ( optional 5th vertical ), with or without metal carrier. Design of head is same for mirrored extrusion lines. SMED also part of the design intent. Extrusion die size can varie from 80 to 150mm. Combination of epdm/tpe is also available. Other options are available upon request and adapted to customer\'s special needs Thermoplastic profile Heads for TPE, PVC, roof ditch & polished stainless profiles, improve design and tool fabrication methods set up new tool and Mold shop in Tunisia including staff recrutement.
