About Daniel Massillon
I am currently in my first year of medical school at UCSD SOM. I’m particularly interested orthopedic surgery, cardiology, and emergency medicine. I’m eager to participate in translational research in these fields. I’m also excited to engage with and learn from the uniquely diverse patient population that exists in San Diego County. More specifically, I hope to build on my previous experience working with patients from the Haitian community and build a greater cultural competence working with patients from the AAPI, Indigenous, and asylum seeking communities.
