I have been litigating in state and federal courts in a wide variety of cases since 2004. I focus on white-collar defense, business litigation, employment litigation, and all manner of healthcare matters involving alleged fraud and abuse and other compliance concerns. I have extensive experience in False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback cases. My practice includes investigations and enforcement actions by governmental entities such as the DOJ, the FBI, the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Homeland Security (HSI), the FTC, HUD, the FDA, and their affiliates in the U.S. Offices of Inspector General (OIG). I also routinely assist companies with their internal investigations.
