I specialize in front-end consulting and design-build strategy, helping sales teams close business by clearly showing clients what’s possible and why it matters. I translate complex ideas for any audience that transform to winning solutions—from C-suite leaders to end users—by earning trust quickly and reinforcing it through consistent follow-through.On the engineering side, I’m responsible for over seven million dollars in won business annually. I lead large, complex, multi-year projects that span multiple systems and ecosystems, maintaining strong documentation, disciplined change management, and technical clarity throughout the project lifecycle.Equally important, I lead and run the department itself. I build teams, set standards, and develop repeatable systems and workflows that scale—from design development through project engineering. I balance technical leadership with contracts, resourcing, and business priorities, ensuring the department operates efficiently, delivers consistently, and continues to grow.In the field, I bring deep expertise in systems verification and commissioning, with a specialization in calibrating complex AV systems, including AVoIP and mixed-network environments in performance venue AV.Finally, I add hands-on live production experience, having spent years in A1 and A2 roles at FOH and monitors, as well as system engineering and equipment maintenance.
