ABOUT DANIEL MAALO
I have several years of experience as a corporate lawyer, including two years at a fast-growing start-up as an in-house lawyer working on SEC public company reporting, corporate governance and other corporate and commercial legal matters. Prior to this, I worked in private practice on international capital markets transactions, including initial public and follow-on offerings, investment grade debt issuances, tender offers, exchange offers and rights offerings. I have represented leading global investment banks and issuers on transactions in the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to embarking on a career in law, I worked as a journalist, including stints in the Middle East and at the Financial Times in London.
