Enhances and streamlines our due diligence process for onboarding new TPAs/MGAs and for evaluating whether existing TPA partners are the right fit for new program business. Develops metrics and utilizes dashboard tools for identifying the best TPAs for us to align with as long-term strategic partners.Takes ownership and applies critical thinking and problem-solving skills for resolving client-related issues efficiently and effectively and mobilizing internal teams necessary to solve escalated issues. Works with Head of Claims Compliance to develop an annual compliance audit process for our TPAs and MGAs. This includes audit scope and workflow, development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators, and following up on audit action items.Oversees our TPA technical claim file audits, assisting with file selection and process improvements, as well as follow up on audit action items. Reviews draft audit reports for content and provides constructive feedback.Conducts quarterly check in meetings with our TPAs and MGAs to foster our relationships and to stay informed on important issues and significant trends. Serves as the primary point of contact in addressing an array of requests from basic to complex from TPAs and MGAs.Leads our bi-weekly TPA Steering Committee where various TPA-related issues and initiatives are discussed and strategized.Works with our Law Department to update and standardize our TPA Claim Service Agreements.Develops and implements Service Level Agreements with all of our TPAs. Evaluates and responds to requests by TPAs for rate increases and other contract amendments.Maintains our TPA Database with key data elements, relevant documents, and other information that is utilized by various internal personnel. Suggests new or improved reports for visualizing data.
