I am the CEO and Founder of Mama\'s Restaurant Group, a franchisee of Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill, a company that brings authentic and delicious Middle Eastern cuisine to Wisconsin. With over 10 years of experience in entrepreneurship, business development, and e-commerce, I have a diverse and versatile skill set that enables me to create value and impact in different sectors and markets.My current venture is franchise development in Wisconsin. Currently operating 3 restaurants, and have 5 additional Naf Naf units in the pipeline. Naf Naf is a fast-casual restaurant chain that serves fresh and flavorful dishes.I recruited a team with expertise in operating and developing new restaurants, and grew the company to 50+ employees. Previously, I developed an app-based e-commerce photo-merchandise solutionMy background in public policy, conflict resolution, and mediation has given me a unique perspective and approach to solving complex and dynamic problems. I have a master\'s degree in Public Policy from Tel Aviv University, where I focused on conflict resolution and mediation, and facilitated workshops for diverse groups of stakeholders. I also have a bachelor\'s degree in history and economics from Emory University, and a currently pursuing an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. I am passionate about using my knowledge and experience to make a positive difference in my community and the world.
